The animations are preety good, but too bad you didnt add some audio, and its a little hard to understand whats really going on...
You should take more time to your movies, im sure they will be good.

add more charcaters, put a stop action at the last frame and add buttons so the users who is gonna use it (me) can look at it... oh and add menu at the last frame to make a jump to "Draw The Hood", "Draw The EyeBalls" and such...
